60-Day Return Policy
You have 60 days from receipt of your item to request a return under our generous 60-day return policy.
- New Items: Must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Open Box and Used Items: Must be in the same condition as received, with no alterations.

For a smooth return process, kindly reach out to us first. Please refrain from dispatching your purchase before being given an RMA, as this may delay the return process.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear directions for sending your package. Returns submitted without our approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, so we can promptly address the problem.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return the original item and make a new purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status (approved or denied). Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the transaction.
